Trio-Fold Packaging

Thanks to the Trio-Fold unit (available option), the DIGISTAR machine can split pre-perforated blanks in half (or 3 parts). Then the machine patches the window with the window patching or the Pick & Place station. All these in continuous production.

The Trio-Fold box permits a perfect visibility of the product. There is also no limitation in the design, the carton can incorporate any shape as the window is always placed on the inside of the carton.

Ideal for premium brands to create immediate impact and bring a new marketing tool.

The Trio-Fold packaging allows more blanks per sheets, which means higher output and less waste for offset and die-cutting process.
