The gluing of trays is realized thanks to a pick and place high flexibility which permits the accurate gluing of a very large range of trays with a tolerance of +/- 0,5 mm.
Up to 7 trays can be glued on the same products with our standard model.
The option of a second magazine permits to glue simultaneously 2 different trays on the same product.
The maximum speed line is 3,500 trays per hour of 7,000 trays per hour with 2 streams.
The disc station has been designed to allow with flexibility the disc insertion in a large type of trays on the market (hub or hub less). The station can receive up to 7 discs magazines. Each tray is mechanically re-centered to ensure a perfect insertion of the disc into the tray. It is possible to insert up to 3 different discs into the same tray. The ident code control can be realized with only one camera. The disc station can also be used for the disc insertion into standard carton sleeves.
The booklet station provides a reliable and an accurate solution for booklet insertion into DVD pocket, CD slot and booklet gluing. After conveying, the booklet is mechanically re-centered before insertion or gluing to ensure a good registration.
