Thanks to our entity SCOMEC, we master perfectly every mechanical parts of our machines from the manufacture to the assembly.

We ensure that 100% of our machines are assembly and programed by our technicians.

Spare parts

For each machine delivered, we transmit to our customers a spare parts list which can be quickly ordered by E-mail using current addresses.
We guarantee a high reactivity in the supply of standard spare parts, available in our storeroom.

Training

We are in a position to propose trainings on our customer’s sites with a dedicated programme for operators and maintenance staff as well as specific training manuals.

Technical support

In case of problem, our technical teams can solve customer’s problems quickly with a modem or come directly on their site.

Maintenance contract

On request, maintenance contracts can be studied and implemented according to your requirements.

We design packaging for customers who want an optimized packaging for theirs products. The objective is to accommodate the process with practicality and marketing, always in line with customers needs.

Driven by an innovation spirit, our research and development team also designs new packaging. The most famous are the Trio-Fold, the StarCase and Taste-In.
