Versor Engineering

Versor Engineering is a Polish manufacturer of folding gluing machines for solid and corrugated boxes with almost 30 years experience in the industry. In the wider market you may find specialised machines for quality inspection, braille embossing, double sided and tear tape application. All those professional machines may be connected inline with Versor folding gluing machines. Depending on the clients requirements Versor can offer machines in manual, semi-automatic and fully- automatic changing settings.

Customers can have confidence in Versors products, with a full 1 year warranty, covering parts and labour. Once this ends Versor offers a continue back-up service for parts and labour from their dedicated team.

Folding and Gluing machines

SERTO 145/160/200 :

Robust frame and durable elements of working devices allow to process there wide spectrum of cardboard, plastic or corrugated blanks, including the most stiff ones. In accordance to machine’s version ( k1 , k3 , k4 or k6 ) it is possible to produce there straight line, crash lock bottom and 4 or 6 corner collapsible boxes. Although, in the range from 160 cm to 200 cm, SERTO has been specially designed for processing corrugated board, but the machine also enables treating blanks made of cardboard.

SERTO 55/80/100/115 :

Machine specilised to work with solid board, microflute, E,B corrugated boards.
Those machines may be used to work inline with quality inspection or braile sections.

Tape Application machines

PORTO :

Semi-automatic machine specialised for doublesided tape application. Many sizes 60/80/100/120/160 are available. You may add more dispensers to apply more tapes in one pass of the product.

VARIO Eco :

The more automated and faster machine for tape application. Also here you can apply double sided and tear tapes on the products.

VARIO :

The most proffesional machine and the fastest for tape application. It is designed to apply protection/silicon tapes on glue paths and tear tapes.

Quality Inspection machines

Independent machine for quality inspection that very often works with braile, digital printing sections depedning on the client needs
Connected to any other brand glueing machine to work inline
